Plate rolling changes the workpiece envelope while the material is still at the rolls. Review both the flat incoming plate and the developing curved form, then decide what support and removal arrangements the actual part requires. A clear feed approach is only one part of that space check.
Start with the plate and the required shape
Davi’s plate-roll product information separates machine options around plate width, thickness and the intended work. For an application review, those inputs need to be considered with material and final geometry; a visible machine outline is not a capacity specification for an unspecified plate.
Prepare the drawing and material requirements before comparing equipment. If several plate variants will share the process, identify which combination is most demanding for each aspect being reviewed. The widest plate and the part with the most restrictive removal geometry need not be the same review case.
Compare the form at the rolls, not just the floor plan
At 00:05, the final video shows an upturned plate region beside the rolls. At 00:09, the view includes a flatter section at the same opening station. Together they illustrate why the workpiece needs to be considered in different shapes and positions. These images do not establish a measured bend radius or a completed part’s conformity.

For a proposed part, trace the developing form relative to nearby structures and the planned support points. Also identify the route by which the part will leave the machine. These are layout and trial questions; the recording does not provide the dimensions needed to declare a particular clearance adequate.
Treat support and removal as explicit choices
Faccin’s service catalogue lists feeding tables, top and side supports, loading equipment and ejector arrangements among available options. Their separate listing is a useful reminder to specify the functions needed for the actual workpiece instead of assuming them from the presence of a roll machine. It does not mean any particular option is installed in the filmed examples.
The later cuts in the video show other workstations. They are separate equipment examples, not evidence of a continuous connected line. The images used here refer only to the opening station, and any support or removal review should keep those station boundaries intact.
