Production line introduction:

This project uses 14 sets of QJR6S-1 industrial robots and 2 sets of QJR6-1 industrial robots in 2 production lines, realizes the automatic loading and unloading for piston from the CNC machine tool.

Technical progressiveness of projects:

1. Flexible production, robot can realize automatic loading and unloading for various types of piston from the CNC machine tool without changing fixture.
2. With high repeat accuracy (±0.03mm) and fast speed, QJAR robots completely replaces the manually repetitive work, reduces the labor by at least 20 people and improves the productivity by at least 15%.
