A screwdriving layout review should include the space used during setup and maintenance as well as normal tool movement. Start from the complete application: the joint location, loaded tooling, fixture, connections and surrounding equipment. A robot category or a visible fence does not establish that those tasks have been assessed together.
The enclosure is part of the working space
At 00:05, the final video shows the arms and tooling behind a mesh enclosure. At 00:14, the arms occupy a different posture within that space. The mesh limits the detail that can be seen, so the footage cannot establish tool clearances, protective-function performance or the quality of a completed connection.

For a proposed installation, compare the moving outline with the fixture and enclosure at the working positions. Include the tool’s connections in that outline where their routing affects access. If the drawing contains only the robot body, request the missing tooling and connection geometry before treating it as a complete clearance check.
Separate movement from task access
Universal Robots’ application risk-assessment guidance considers tooling, obstacles and other machines, along with tasks across the application’s lifetime. Its relevance here is the application-level review, not certification of the equipment shown.
A task list helps expose different space requirements. Identify where a person would set up the tool, replenish any consumables, inspect a fault or perform maintenance. Then have the application assessment address the conditions for those tasks. The video does not provide enough information to prescribe an access procedure or judge the existing protective measures.
Keep connection acceptance on its own evidence
Atlas Copco’s tightening-technique overview explains the relationship between tightening control and the intended clamp force. That distinction matters when reviewing a moving tool: its position is not a record of the resulting joint condition.
For a project under discussion, define how a connection location will be associated with its process record and acceptance requirement. The appropriate data depend on the joint and tightening method. A layout review can identify the locations needing records, but it cannot supply missing tightening results from a recording of arm motion.
