Which QJAR robots can be shortlisted for welding, handling or palletizing?
Use the application field together with payload, armspan, axes and installation to narrow the 24 listed models. Welding, handling and palletizing impose different tooling, wrist-load, path, reach and cycle requirements, so the final shortlist should be checked against the real process layout.
How should QJAR robot payload and armspan be calculated?
Payload must include the end-of-arm tool, product and any process equipment carried by the robot. Armspan must cover every required TCP point with the necessary tool orientation, while also allowing for center of gravity, inertia, wrist limits, fixtures, obstacles and service clearance.
Which listed QJAR models have explosion-proof variants?
