Trampoline Frame Welding

In this entertainment equipment factory in South China, recently they got a big order for baby trampoline. There are three main manufacturing processes for this baby trampoline, pipe bending, cutting, welding. In the past all the entertainment equipment welding were done by human welder, the owner decided to use some high-tech welding robot to replace the human welder for this new trampoline weling. Because the frames need circular arc welding, using welding robot can be more flexible and more efficient than the human welder, and the robotic welder are more accurate when apply the swing arc welding.

Robot used: QJARH4-1A welding robot, MEGMEET welding power source.
