Fire Hydrant Bracket Welding

This project installed 6 units QJRH4-1A welding robot, realized automatic welding for fire hydrant bracket. Each QJRH4-1A robot working on two fixtures, reducing workers from 12 to 6 which saved labor cost. When the robot is welding on the first working piece, the worker can unload the second working piece and replace it with a new workpiece. Reducing cycle time from 7 minutes to 4 minutes improved productivity.
