Composition of autonomous navigation mobile charging pile robot

As shown in the figure below, the system mainly consists of a wire-controlled chassis, a robotic arm, a low-speed automatic driving system, an intelligent central processor, and a charging port visual positioning system. Consider the scene
The ground is not necessarily flat, so a wire-controlled chassis is used instead of an AGV car. It is also equipped with a 60Kwh lithium iron phosphate power battery pack + liquid cooling solution. Returning to the standby position power replenishment solution, it is implemented using the configuration of FS200 automatic charging robot + 60KWh charging pile.

The length and width of the robot base are 1560mm*1042mm, and the vehicle width range is about 450-650mm, the height range is 750-1100mm, and the vehicle length range is about ±300mm. The robot and charging pile need to be installed on a hard ground (such as cement floor). For detailed installation methods of the robot, please refer to the “Automatic Charging Robot Handling and Installation Instructions”. The robot needs to be placed in a canopy
